About Our Rescue Group
LowCountry Pit Bull Rescue was formed in April of 2007 to assist in the Pit Bull overpopulation in the Charleston tri-county area. Since then, the rescue has grown to be the largest in South Carolina and now covers the entire state. We focus on dogs in shelters, saving them from euthanasia, then sending them through physical and emotional rehabilitation before finding them new homes.
Our Adoption Process
We require an application and home visit in order to adopt one of our Pit Bulls. The adoption fees range from $200-250, depending on the dog.
