About Our Rescue Group
Aussie Rescue and Placement Helpline, Inc. (ARPH) is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Corporation that is composed of volunteers who are dedicated to the Australian Shepherd breed. We as volunteers receive no payment except the sense of accomplishment and personal satisfaction found in placing an orphaned Aussie into a loving, caring, and permanent home.

Our Adoption Process
ARPH, Inc. strives to place our dogs with loving owners that are willing to commit their lives to the dog's training and well being. Only those applicants that can meet the financial, physical, and mental needs of a dog for 10-15 years should consider adopting an Aussie. We will consider out of state applications; however, we require all potential adopters to travel to meet our dogs. Our adoption fee for dogs already spayed or neutered is $200.00 and includes vaccinations, and maintenance of monthly medication to prevent Heartworm disease. Our adoption fee for puppies not yet spayed or neutered is $250.00 with $50 being refunded to the adopter when this procedure is performed. All puppies are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and maintained on monthly heartworm medication. All puppies are adopted on a spay/neuter contract (strictly enforced), and this procedure must be performed by the age of 6 months. For the safety of our dogs, we will not ship them out of state.
